If you go ahead, a written service agreement sets out every service and fee before work begins. You then fill in the questionnaire for your application, and we prepare and submit it from Canada.

A. Sidhu is a Commissioner for Oaths in and for Alberta. We can commission your affidavits and statutory declarations at our Edmonton office.

- Your document, unsigned, and valid government photo ID. You sign it in front of the commissioner.
- Please note
- A commissioner can’t certify true copies. Documents for use in another province or country usually need a notary public.
